Here's how it works...

If you are just replacing your countertops, we can provide you an estimate using layout of the project with dimensions or house plans supplied by you and after you selected the following:

  1. The material of your choice. We are proud to carry one of the largest selections in Michigan.
  2. The thickness of the material (11/4" solid, 11/2" built-up or 3/4") and
  3. The edge profile.

Steps:

  1. Make a selection of materials.
  2. Provide us with dimensions or sent us house plans.
  3. P.M.P. Marble & Granite will provide you with a free estimate, usually within 24 hours.
  4. Your field measure will be schedule. The following information should be provided by you at the time of the field measure:
      • Do you have undermount or topmount sink?
        Undermount sink and topmount sink need to be present at the time of the field measure, or otherwise you will have to provide P.M.P Marble & Granite with those measurements. In this case, you are responsible of their accuracy.
      • Do you have a cooktop?
        We need measures for both new or existing cooktops.
      • Do you need a back splash?
        We need to know if you like 4" in height or full height back splash, regardless of a new construction or existing one.
      • Someone in charge should be at the time of the field measure.

  5. Final review of job, including selecting your slab, and all other details at the time of the field measure.
  6. You will be informed ahead of time about the day and time of the installation. Someone in charge should be at the time of the installation.

    If you are building a new house or you are replacing your cabinets, we assume that your cabinets are in place, before we proceed with a field measure. All other steps remain the same.
